&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Madkow...According to the daughter of the people who built this house (1925) Mrs. Martinez (daughter&#039;s Mom) took two small almond saplings and slowly, over a period of a couple years, twisted them around a small metal dowel.&amp;nbsp; What patience!&amp;nbsp; The tree is somewhere between 75-80 years old.&amp;nbsp; It&#039;s truly a piece of art!&amp;nbsp; You can&#039;t miss it coming down East F St., it&#039;s the belle of the ball in the spring.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
