(Or my budget). </p> <p>I believe he was acquired as a kitten by one of my neighbors, and they obviously do not take care of him properly.&nbsp; He started coming to our door last year when he was tiny, and now he's full grown and no one seems to want to claim him. I don't think anyone ever lets the cat indoors, and I feel so bad for him when we have a snowstorm&nbsp;or otherwise bad weather.&nbsp; When it was pouring down rain two nights ago, he was soaking wet and had no shelter.&nbsp; He comes to our door daily, except for when it snows so much that he probably gets 'snowed in' under some rocks or something.&nbsp; </p> <p>He really is a nice cat, and if someone wanted him for an outdoor only cat well.... that is what he's used to!&nbsp; He would have to be kept inside for the 2 to 3 week period following any move, of course.&nbsp; </p> <p>If anyone knows of anyone who could care for him properly, please let me know!</p> <p>Thanks all, and have an excellent weekend.</p>
