Life is short.. play nice! en-us http://www.tehachapinews.com/home/Blog/ragmop/26974 http://www.tehachapinews.com/home/Blog/ragmop/26974 <p>While driving for the umpteenth time along Highline Rd. today, it occurred to me that if drivers were required to turn on their headlights during daylight hours,&nbsp;it might improve the safety factor by making people more visible to oncoming traffic.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>There are mandatory Daylight Headlight zones along&nbsp;other two-lane roads that have been deemed 'dangerous' roads... why not Highline Rd.?&nbsp;&nbsp; Why not Hwy 202 from Tehachapi Woodford all the way to the prison?&nbsp;&nbsp; Who do we have to petition to get the idea considered?&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
