I just visited this site to see what is new in Tehachapi this week, seeing how the paper is out today. I saw the article about the man who raped the mentally handicapp woman. I was instantly sickened!! That is just plain sick!! She only has the mentallity of a 3 to 5 year old so he basically raped a child in an adult body. I am wondering if anyone else feels as sickened as i am right now? I hope and pray the justice system throws the book at him and he is punished to the fullest extent of the law. There is no excuse for what he has done.
