Since the big feed is in just a couple of days, what's the one food you are already thinking about? The thing you don't seem to get any time except when a holiday rolls around? In my case, it would be my uber-nummy potatoes au gratin. They just take too long to make for most of the year, but as long as I'm going to be standing in the kitchen for most of the day anyway, there's no time like now to get them on the table. How about you?
