Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
When was it decided that when you lease a commercial property that the person paying the rent had to also pay for all the upkeep and improvements of the owners property? if you lease a house does the landlord make you pay for hot water heater or the air conditioner? Do you move into a bare house with no flooring or celing?and have to put up your own walls? everything you put into that property is an improvement you cant take with you but never get compensated for in the end. If you have to move ,can you take the flowers you paid for in the front of the property with your $7.00 per square foot NNN And WHO thought of that one? Why should I the tenant have to pay to keep The owner of the properties grass green and land and roof repaired I cant take any of that with me .I am all ready paying to LIVE there. and if you own a small business you do live there. We are working our tails off so they can just rake in the money for nothing. Its their property, they should pay ALL the city fees.
