Hey everyone!  Like me, I know some of you made a plan to work out, get in shape, lose a few pounds, etc.  Well, I can help you!   I have an AbLounge that is in like-new condition that I would like to sell.  These are great abdominal machines: stable, no-impact, and also great for stretching out your whole body.  The only reason I'm getting rid of this machine is because I didn't really have the space to use it (I'm in a small apartment).  Most people in Tehachapi probably don't have a whole lot of space issues, lol.  Anyway, I'm selling it for $50 OBO.  I'm in town, but I'm willing to drive to BVS or SS to deliver it.  Please contact me if you are interested. Also, If there are any dedicated runners in town that would be willing to whip a youngster into shape, please let me know.  I'm the type of person who needs an accountability partner, but will work hard with motivation!  I would really like to get in shape...
