When I moved to East Golden Hills many years ago it seemed like a nice, safe neighborhood to live and raise children. It was definitely a huge improvement from the large town I moved from. Lately though I have noticed that my neighborhood is getting worse and worse. In the past week or so a brand new house that hasn't even been occupied yet had the large garage door tagged all the way across (this still hasn't been cleaned up since the owners of the property live out of town), just a few houses down in the other direction someone tagged in huge white spray paint all of the entire body of someone's truck plus their trailer (both were parked in their driveway). When driving through the neighborhood there are places where the street is almost covered in landscaping rocks that kids have thrown into the street. Just this past weekend we witnessed two young teenage boys walking down our street with a bike, they then started checking out a vehicle in a driveway across the street, next...
