Hello, My name is Brande and I do not live in Tehachapi yet. I have been trying to move my family out there for over a year but with the market value of houses, it is impossible for me and my husband to afford it. We are not low-income but we do not want to get in over our heads with a mortgage payment . I am hopping that there is someone who needs to sell a house but does not want 100,000 or 200,000 over what is owed to consider us for their home.
