Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I have had the same experience and while patience is generally not one of my virtues, I will give them a 6 month "honeymoon" period for their employees to get to know the store and products well. If the same occurs after that, report it to the Manager. They can either beef up their training or replace the ones who won't learn. Alternatively, there are maps available at the Customer Center and I have used them to find products faster than I could ask an employee to point it out to me. Now, bring on WalMart and Costco and Trader Joe's!! Jim Richards
