Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I know if i was to ever hit an animal i would make every attempt to find where it belongs and if i couldn't it would end up coming home with me. I couldn't just leave the animal there and not do anything about it. Those that would do that probally don't have a conscious or just don't care about anyone but themselves. And if they could do it to a dog imagine what they would do if it was human.. I do realize my dog should not have been loose and in the road. I had no clue she was loose and if i would of known i would of gotten her. But whoever hit her with their car should of stopped to see if she was ok and try to find where she came from. There are only 2 houses on the road i live on so they had a good chance of finding me. I would not of expected them to pay the vet bills just by letting me know what happened to her would of been good enough for me. It makes me even more angry that the person did not even try to inform the owner. But she is doing really good now. She is...
