Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Thank you TK for the correction, although I was not able to find any reference to disclosure of address or identity contained within the Brown Act (SEC. 67.15. PUBLIC TESTIMONY). That information was imposed by the city ordinance which has been changed to reflect the concerns of Mr. Richards, and apparrently, yourself. I meant no offense to those who may feel the same. My point is that there are much bigger issues at stake in Tehachapi's future and scolding people to "get involved" does not address any of those issues head on. It's an advertising campaign at best, aimed at gaining name recognition. Like I said, if he's serious about his bid for office, we'll all know where he lives eventually.         I imagine it is intimidating for most anyone to stand up and speak publicly and it should be, since it's a priviledge as well as a "civic duty."  Knowing that your fellow citizens are going to be affected by what you might say or...
