Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I too have gotten the same impression. Lots of profiling with little actual results. The arcticle seems like another publicity stunt put on for the reporter, who bought into it. Wonder why this is their first gun qual and they've been in existance since July.  I would've thought they would have to qualify on the weapons issued by TPD before they work there. And who explained the target scoring to the writer? That was just totally foreign to anyone whose ever been on a police, military, or NRA range.....
