Well, do I feel important because of this blog?  Heck no, but loved, yes. This blog does serve a purpose of friendship, venting and tolerance for other  people's feelings and viewpoints. If that is all it does, than it is well-served. I can tell you that several of the discussions here have given me a respect for others and a different way of looking at things besides my own opinions. I learn something here everyday, and for that I am grateful. I do believe that this blog does generate a lot of interest from our local government, as I have seen first hand responses to several issues put into action. I also believe that everyone needs and wants to be heard. How cool is blogging for that purpose alone?
