Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
As to the the appearance and safety of the area, I really don't think Tehachapi looks run down...until you go north of the railroad tracks lol...I think that it's quite hypocritical of people who move here and then turn around and complain about the crime or traffic or whatever, it's all the people moving in from lancaster, la, bakersfield, etc. that are causing the increase in "city" type problems.
