awsmom8 - Stan --better look again--I found on Tower Investments website they own: Capital Hills-over 30 acres--some of it "available"  Our City hall project would take up a good portion of this property The Summit -over 26 acres  This is where the new Loves Truck Stop is to be developed at Tehach Blvd & Monolith St.  About 15% of the land is zoned Residential Single Family,  about 10% is zoned Residential Mobile Homes, about 65% is zoned Industrial, about 5% is commercial and 5% is Commercial Overlay. 1423 Residential lots in Tehachapi  Yes, and there are the ranchettes in Golden Hills.  The point is all the "residential development" by Tower is not anywhere near Capital Hills.  And, there are no where near the "12,000" homes that someone mentioned.
