I used to work at the Chamber of Commerce and ate at TS every day.  I love them.  Irma has been wanting to expand TS for a looooong time, but the guy who owned the lot wanted to much for the property (the car wash was still there).  Anyway, maybe she finally bought him out.  I love their food.  But since i have moved to San Diego, I have discovered something deeeelllicious.  Maybe you can tell Irma about it.  It is carne asada fries.  A big pile of fries, smothered in carne asada, chedder cheese, guacamole, sour cream and mexican salsa.  I am telling you what  I could eat them everyday.  They are soooooooo good especially from an authentic taco shop.  That's what we call them down here anyway.
