Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
The problem with that Olivia is that no one is doing those checks.  The cities of Palmdale and Lancaster have paid for their own investigator to do just that.  Section 8 is not willing to do it and they fight with the investigators when the problems are pointed out.  It is starting to get better but I think for those 2 cities the battle is over and they lost.  Renters don't complain because they get free rent.  Owners don't complain because they get higher rent from section 8 in the mail every month.  Section 8 doesn't complain because the more housing they give out, the bigger their agency becomes and they sure don't want to point out the problems.  It's a win win situation for everyone but the neighbors and community.  How long should people get section 8?.  Why doesn't section 8 have time limits?  Why are people on section 8 for years, along with welfare and other subsidized incomes.  I have even seen people...
