Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I agree with TK  about flashing your lights at someone that is in the fast lane going slow. It is a request, "please allow me to pass" though when I flash my lights that isn't exactly the phrase that pops into my mind ;) Nothing is more annoying than driving back from bakersfield with someone infront of you that just won't get out of the way.
