I'm not sure if Morning Cloak Botanical Gardens on Old Town Road will allow weddings, but it might be a good place to ask. It is really pretty there. The problem with outdoor weddings in Tehachapi is the weather can be very unpredictable. You could start planning now for a nice Spring wedding, only to have it snow! It's snowed here on Easter before!  Even if it's a comfortable day, you'll still have to contend with the wind.
