Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
You may have just noticed a feature of Jason Caudle's vision - strip malls and chain stores as far as the eye can see.  It would be nice if the News would have explained how this impact fee could have been hidden from the tenants by the developers until the day of move-in.  No doubt the City is going to put their crack team ("the real superstars of the city", in Jason's words) on the case. Meanwhile, if the article is correct Guidos' and the Blondes is moving to a "downtown location" which is really great news!  Will there be a chance to get some pizza after the movie now?  That's REAL progress!
