Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Obviously, if a new building justifies some fees, they must be paid by the building owner.   Like all other development costs, to the extent competition allows their recovery would be reflected in the rental cost of the property and be transparent to potential customers. But we've got BETTER ideas in Tehachapi!  Here, we're so eager make our town look like a spreading strip mall straight out of San Fernando circa 1981, that any suggestion that a developer pay for anything is just out of the question.  Its not part of the "Vision"!   And if a few local folks get screwed - who cares?
