Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Words are only as powerful as one allows them to be. There's a certain word that used to offend me to no end, but once I read Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues and saw two productions of it, I have "reclaimed" the word and I no longer allow it to have power over me when someone uses it in a derogatory manner. Remember the ditty from childhood, "I'm rubber, you're glue. Mean words bounce off me and stick to you".
