I hope Mr Hicks takes heed of this comment.  Being an engineer, it ought to be simple for him to devise an outline of phases of construction that could be kept up to date, and verifible, in the local press.   There is a minority, but vocal and made up of long time and influencial citizens, who have their fingers crossed that the facility will be built. There has been no interest paid to public information released by the hospital/board for the last 13 months regarding the building project.  The December board meeting did affirm what has been old news, in some cases, for more than a year. Please!!  Don't let this happen again.
