Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Sure, Bigdog - when you say the former CEO had a "lack of leadership", and provided little information, you say its an "observation".  I say its a "slam".  I don't doubt what Ray Hino would think it was. I also don't doubt that $15M isn't enough to build what is planned. What we need, as awsmom8 points out may be different than what they (the former, lack-of-leadership board, please note) planned. Olivia, what we have now is seismically unsound - that's what drove us to new construction, not some new imagined needs, and that new construction seems no closer now than it was 4 years ago. But, if we want to move forward, let the board put up a bond issue for another $15M.  It may pass - or  not.  At least it would focus the discussion.
