Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
If anyone wants a spay-neuter discount voucher for a dog or a cat just call the Humane Society at: (661) 823-0699 - (menu #5 for dogs & #6 for cats) or go to their website and fill out a voucher online http://tehachapihumanesociety.wud1.com/ You have to have a surgery appointment with a vet before you can apply for a voucher. If Tehachapi had a Shelter and spent a little on education/advertising about spaying/neutering we wouldn't have to euthanize so many animals over in Mohave.  This kind of news just tees me off to no end.
