Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Politics aside, I have a few ideas for you.  They may sound overly simple, but I know that they will help.  Get out in the beautiful sunshine we're having while it's here.  Take a walk, a drive, or a ride if you've got horses (with a loved one is even better).  If you have a pet, spend some good cuddle time.  If you have a honey, even MORE cuddle time. Blast your favorite CD and sing or dance to it (whichever you like to do).  Get together with your favorite person and do something non-stressful. Workout doing something you enjoy (even if it IS working out). Make yourself your favorite cup of coffee or tea and stand outside and watch the clouds/birds/kids/cars go by. I am well-versed in "blue" days.  All of these have worked for me at one time or another.  If you need more, or just need someone neutral to vent to, e-mail me!
