Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I was in the ER very recently and it was very crowded, so we weren't surprised that we waited about 5 hours.  Normally it is very quick, but there were so many people and we weren't very high in priority with triage.  We had tried to see our regular doctor earlier but they refused to see us... not the first time we weren't able to see our doctor and ended up in the ER (we're probably switching doctors now- not making room when my son had an ear infection a month ago was no good).  Once we were seen at the hospital, the doctor and nurses were wonderful.  I've never had any complaints about them.  This was the third time we had seen Dr. Barozzo and we've always received excellent care.  The doctor that saw my son about a month ago was wonderful too- I wish I could remember his name. From what I've heard, this nasty flu going around is really swamping all the hospitals.  I just got over it this weekend myself, and I'm still wiped out from it.
