Olivia - I agree with you that TH has an excellent front office staff. They are always polite and try to keep everyone updated about the wait, etc. I would definitely not want their job, to have to be yelled at & take the blame for things that are beyond their control. I also agree with you about Dr. Barrozo. Having worked with him for many years, I know that he is a very nice man who I would choose to be my emergency doctor because I know that he will do a complete job. Olivia, can you send me a message? There are excellent nurses, doctors, and other staff at TH. They are caring, patient, knowledgable, and polite. There are also several doctors, nurses, and other staff that are rude, and act as though you are bothering them by making them do their job.
