Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
My electric bill hasn't changed much (if it has it hasn't been enough to notice), although to be honest the electric bills in California are rediculous compared to other parts of the country.  Friends back east are irate and flabbergasted if their electric bills are over $90. ;)   My propane bill, however, has been running roughly twice as much as the same times last year and its scary high.  Its approaching half my mortgage payments!  And this is with me keeping everyone freezing with the thermostat at 62 and burning wood in our fireplace.  I wish natural gas lines ran near enough to my house to connect. :(  Even oil would be way cheaper.  The last propane bill from Benz was showing $3.07 a gallon!  Ack.
