Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
lol, good to hear from you Jewels, yeah I can be a pain in the rear.  I've also seen my share of grumpy staff.  As I stated before....if anyone is mistreated, or disrespected, I don't care what kind of day someone has had, you should not hesitate to get their name and report it.  Customer Service means a lot to me and my pet peeve is people with a little bit of knowledge treating customers or co workers like they don't have feelings.  Hopefully it doesn't happen often.  I wish it didn't happen at all.
