Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
With 6 dogs and several cats piddling in the yard, after a while the order just kinds of builds up. People who have dogs sometimes don't even notice the smell any more.  It's like having 6 ponies in your back yard,  You make pick up the poop a few times a day but after a while it just plain smells horsey.  Not that the smell of horses is bad.....I kinda like the smell.  But my neighbors didn't. This is one of the reasons for limits...but never the less I do feel bad for them.  It's like losing a member of the family
