Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
 Hi California, I know the frustration that you're going through.  Harrassment in the work place is much more common than you think!  The supervisor has obviously decided that the issue should be ignored instead of taking action. Many employees don't want to "rock the boat", but you have rights and you don't deserve to work in that kind of environment. If I was in your situation(and I have been in a similar one) I would deal with "the big boss" and file a formal complaint. Document everything that is happening like Gill suggested.  Then, file a formal complaint in writing and make sure you keep a copy for yourself.  It's against the law for your employer to ignore a "formal complaint".  They know that this person has been causing problems,  this is nothing new to them...so  they are avoiding what they should've done all along, and that is to fire this trouble maker.    Stand your ground and...
