Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
What is telling is your unwillingness or inability to address any of the issues you yourself have raised, or engage in any exploration beyond the depth of your initial posting.  After all, I didn't bring up copyright law, you did.  My post is a straightforward discussion of the subject, and was a challenge to your assumptions about what represents theft in this context.  While your inability to answer is noted, the challenge of assumptions is hardly an attempt to "derail" anything - it is an attempt to engage in discussion.   Of course, the challenge and defense of assumptions is the heart of the scientific method itself, a method you clearly provide only lip service.
