Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Looks like this film isn't going to make back the $ investment in the theaters, so the producers are going to have to make their money in DVD sales. From what I understand, the initial investment was about $4 million, with another $4 million going into promotion. My guess is the box office total doesn't take into account the amount of money rebated back to church groups & the like bringing their faithful to see this piece of trash, (can you imagine having to bribe people to see your movie?) so the tickets sales will be considerably lower than listed at this site: http://www.the-numbers.com/movies/2008/EXPEL.php It's also been dropped by about 1/3 of the movie theaters showing it, so it doesn't seem to be the "blockbuster" that folks like Michael Medved hoped it would be. Good news, all the way 'round.
