Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
As you mentioned, you can find another job in healthcare; however, is there a chance of putting in for a transfer?   It is easier said than done, but don't give up, no matter what; it doesn't make it right, but the scenario you mentioned, happens in just about every work place; many years ago, I had to endure working for a boss who was a bully and nobody liked him; eventually (2 years later), I was able to transfer within the company, to a much better working environment.  When things are not going well, it's difficult to get through the day; good luck in your pending decision.
