Yeah - here I am - the bleeding heart, all ready to protest against testicle-hanging.  As you might suspect, one thing that I love about Tehachapi is that (up till now) I haven't seen any one hanging from their testicles.  Maybe that will change, and Tehachapi will (due to the wide influence of these blogs) become friendlier to torture advocates like gube and jim, and maybe Ginger. Another thing I like about Tehachapi is how easy it is to qualify as a bleeding heart.  The bar is low enough to shuffle over.
