Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Madkow, your memory serves well in naming some of the two-lane roads that require daylight headlights.. plus there are more within the State.   I've driven 138 numerous times, it also has the dips and 'hidey-holes' that Highline Rd. has.  True, speeding is the worst problem but I do believe that daylight headlights on Highline would serve to improve visibility which would, in turn, improve the safety factor.   In bad weather, only fog or rain/snow require headlights.. if your wipers are going, your headlights better be on and if it's foggy, same thing.   What about the time just before sunset when visibility is impaired for drivers going west... they face the sun and oncoming headlights would help them see the cars they are facing.  PD, glad you are taking precautions and driving responsibly along Highline.  All things considered, I still think daylight headlights should be required.  Anything we can do to keep people safe is well worth considering.   This...
