Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I see nothing wrong with headlights, but to make it a law is stupid .... Crack down on speed and idiotic passing by impatient drivers and accidents won't happen.  There are already "No Passing" solid yellow lines in the dangerous curves and dips. The only "need" for the headlights is to let the speeders and reckless driving lunatics see you better, thereby you are actually encouraging their illegal driving acts.
