Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I stand by my statements-------Like always in modern society, when there is a problem which could be corrected by enforcing existing laws, someone will always propose to "fix it" by making new laws (which won't be enforced). Just more regulations on the law abiding citizens. Why should I be made to run my lights in the daytime just so I can be seen better by the jackass running 80mph and passing on a double yellow.  Why not enforce existing laws and eliminate the idiot. Most accidents on Highline are single vehicle wrecks. How would headlights help prevent those. And again, I ask if the other problem is dips and blind curves how the heck will daytime headlights help on a car you can't see anyway.
