Barack said stealing from others (Barack's "social programs") should be coupled with work. This is part of the Socialist/Communist sales pitch. If Barack rejected Communism he would continuously encourage poor people to learn a trade so they could be independent; not dependent on government. Barack doesn't do that. Trading churches, and the help churches offer, for a Communist Federal government, is a bad idea, Barack.
