Measure I is a sneak attack on working peoples wallets, and is a give away to those that do not work for it. In short it is a plan for theft. {New Paragraph} It is an economic fact that the value of any improvements to infrastructure will add to the land rents in the local areas. This is because only those who are using local land can enjoy those improvements. So the local land owners essentially command that value. And they will be able to raise their rents and selling prices to completely capture all the gain. Working men may see the better road but when they buy a home or rent they will also be paying for it. {New Paragraph} And that is how the theft works, local workers are taxed on the money they spend, and then they are charged again for rents and land prices. The land owners without any effort get to pocket the entire double dip from the workers pocket. {New Paragraph} To prevent this means of sneaky theft, workers should never vote to build...
