Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
According to the website for the courts he pled guilty to one count of lewd or lascivious act with a child under 14, and he was sentenced to 3 years but served 3 days, and has to register as a sex offender, please correct me if I am wrong. In my opinion the justice system was way to " soft " on this man. 3 days in prison compared to a lifetime of suffering for the victim is not fare. Anonymous I feel your Grandmother and your family and I hope in time things get better. But I also feel for the victim and the victim's family it is going to be a lifetime sentence for them that hopefully time will help heal.
