Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Tehachapi for Life,  Have you driven by the 'new' city fire department facility?  You can't miss the big white tent.  It looks like Barnum & Bailey is in town.   I feel bad for the young fellows working there who just want a decent and rewarding job.  I would encourage them to go get their training and apply with the Kern County Fire Department. Personally I would not have a city fire department or a city police department, especially reportable to the 'City Manager.'  Jason Caudle doesn't have the experience to manage two such vital positions.  I can guarantee you that I will be the wrench in the cog where these two departments come into play.  I can't tolerate waste.  Our city doesn't have the money to waste and keep pouring down dry holes.  As a businessman I don't need expensive studies to know that there are some things that are better "out-sourced."  Of course, our City Manager...
