If our police chief can live in Bear Valley why can't anyone else?  Guess he's not on Caudles good side.  I wonder why.  lol All Caudle needs to do is say the word and rules no longer apply to SOME people.  I don't know where Henry lives. He owns a long time business here in town. To me thats good enough. It's not like what the city does doesn't affect him in any way. He's payed his dues believe me.  What they do in this city effects everyone in Tehachpi and  Bear Valley, Stallion Springs, Alpine Forest..... Where do you think they  go to get their gas, food, entertainment......everything?  All of these people make this city possible. I know, I know rules are rules............Unless you are needed for "local control". As far as the election goes. I am also dissappointed Prop 85 didn't pass. I also can't believe Prop 90 didn't pass. I am thrilled 83 passed. I am glad Youngblood won the Sheriffs postion, and I am also hoping...
