Yaso,  What a coincidence!!!  My sister asked me to talk to my 14 year old niece today because she has a crush on a boy.   I emphasized all the negative reasons why she should not have sex until she is older.  I spent over an hour answering her questions and explaining the pain it causes all people concerned when a child gets pregnant. I also told her if she finds herself going against what I and her mother's believe is best for her, there are alternatives... birth control, safe sex etc.   It is extremely obvious to me that even the best kids do not always listen to their parents. I want to make sure she is safe and happy.    I also asked her to tell me if she was in trouble in anyway, that I will be here to help her.     I hope we have taught her well enough to make the right decisions. If she does make a mistake at least she will know how to protect herself.  I am so glad...
