Well hey buddy a PC isn't much different then a mac especially since Gates stole most of Mac's ideas and interface, They even have mac's recycle bin.   I wouldn't trade an awesome computer like a Mac for a PC anyway especially since Macs now have a Intel core duo chip,  you can play all the PC games you want on them.   A PC will never match mac in graphic or video quality either.  ... OK I got geeky...   slapping myself just hard enough to feel good  lol As for editing video... I am a webhost and do webpages in my spare time.  I simply edit videos to use in the flash movies I make and some animated gifs...   I would rather do creative drawing though...   I can paint anything with a mouse.
