Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Cell phones in general just piss me off. If people were considerate with them, it wouldn't be so bad. But I can't tell you how many times I've been sitting in a certain Japanese restaurant in town only to hear someone's cell phone ring. Then that person goes on to have an overly-loud conversation with whomever is on the other end. Please, have the decency to go outside and talk if it is urgent or ask if you can call them back at a better time. To me, this is one of the rudest things you could possibly do!
