A new committee is forming in Bear Valley Springs. How many residents complain about things falling apart, the low level of maintenance and facilities, unenforced rules, apathetic management and the level of fighting and law suits present in Bear Valley?The BVS Improvement Committee is a non-political action group that seeks to improve this very special valley. We do not support candidates, we support ideas.Very few property owners show up for board meetings. Very few property owners write of their concerns or needs to management. Many residents complain to each other and discontent grows. There is also a general feeling that “my letter gets lost, my idea is pushed aside, what can a person do.”There is power in numbers. Concentrating on one or two things at a time makes for change and that is the reason for the committee.The improvement committee will identify areas that need improvement and actively seek to build community support to get the changes made and promote...
