Johnny Milton Packard, a 20 year resident of Tehachapi, passed away on May 11.Johnny was part of the Lancaster American Legion and the Lancaster Masonic Lodge.Johnny was preceded in death by his wife, Ella Louise Packard; daughter, Betty Ann Boucher; brother, Bill McMurray; and grandson, Brandon Chambers. He is survived by his daughters, Mona Lloyd and her husband Richard; and Jeanne Tipton and her husband Arthur; 20 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and brother, Tom McMurray.A funeral service was held on May 17 at the Joshua Memorial Park Mortuary with interment at the Joshua Memorial Park in Lancaster.
